Role and Responsibilities


Join our team of tax professionals to work on exciting projects that will take you to new heights and allow you to collaborate with experts from a wide range of business units.

Our team is made up of specialists in U.S. tax, Canadian tax and international tax, reporting to the Vice President, Tax.


To do this, they must:

  • Assist in identifying necessary changes to HFM and Oracle accounting systems to optimize the tax group experience and develop solutions;
  • Review and evaluate current systems and processes;
  • Identify additional requirements and functionalities to meet the needs of the tax team as a user of its systems;
  • Collaborate with the IT Finance team and develop solutions to meet the needs of the tax team;
  • Validate changes by testing solutions;
  • Keep abreast of current technologies and technical developments;
  • Work on concrete and practical improvements to various reports and files used by the tax team, aiming for standardization, automation and simplification;
  • Generate reports from accounting systems as required by the team;
  • Review the various procedures with the team to build tools that simplify the revision of consolidation entries;
  • Identify requirements in our systems (Oracle, Oracle Cloud and HFM) to enable and facilitate quarterly work;
  • Maximize the use of HFM and Excel functionalities in our working documents (macros, etc.) to automate files and make extractions directly from the systems (HFM, Oracle) and communicate directly with the IT team to enable this optimization.
We are seeking a person who is able to work on a team and who has the following competencies:

  • A technical diploma in Accounting and Management Technology with a specialization in administration, office software, accounting or any other relevant training;
  • Knowledge of Oracle and HFM is an asset;
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
  • Have a good team spirit;
  • Have good analytical skills;
  • Be meticulous, structured, and organized;
  • Shows initiative and autonomy;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues;
  • Be bilingual (French and English).
