The Department also delivers services and advice to municipalities in multiple areas including land use planning, budget planning, financial matters, infrastructure development, and policy and program development.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Affordable Housing:
If you hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, Land Development) and possess at least six (6) years of experience in program delivery and/ or mortgage/ loan administration, then this opportunity could be ideal for you.
Key assets include familiarity with mortgage lending, the ability to interpret construction documents, and knowledge of real estate development processes, property management, and summarized financial analysis. Furthermore, strong verbal and written communication skills, including report drafting and presenting recommendations, are crucial. Exceptional organizational, project management, and relationship-building abilities are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
