Shop Supervisor


Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop employees
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team
• Ensure smooth operation of the shop
• Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment

Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Bilingual (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and employees
• Experience as a clerk or in payroll is a plus
• Knowledge of retail sales and store management

$19.92-$21.16 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
