Capital Ford Lincoln in Winnipeg is looking to hire a hard-working motivated Parts Consultant to join our growing team

The Job:

Assist customers in identifying their automotive accessory and parts requirements
Assist the sales team members with customer parts and accessories questions
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries promptly, thoroughly, and accurately
Tend to the front counter parts area for customer inquires and purchases
Work with and maintain relationships with vendors to locate and order parts
Order parts by phone, online and through the parts management system
Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary
Keep parts department clean, orderly, and wellstocked
Follow Capital's safety policies and procedures
Other duties deemed necessary by management

Qualifications:

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Ability to use parts department computer system
Good communication skills
Hold a valid driver license
The most qualified applicant would have one year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department
