The Opportunity


Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the conceptualization and production of compelling online advertisements for search engines and social media platforms, continuously monitoring and optimizing ad performance to maximize impact.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for authoritative and engaging SEO content that resonates with our target audience, collaborating on content creation for various channels including blogs and social media.
  • Provide strategic direction for the company's social media presence across multiple channels, designing and implementing loyaltybuilding content to foster customer retention and enhance profitability.
  • Develop a comprehensive loyalty program, focusing on personalized customer experiences through tailored rewards, promotions, and targeted campaigns to enhance customer retention and drive longterm brand loyalty.
  • Maintain and organize documentation about marketing processes and account credentials, acting as a pivotal leader in crossfunctional projects with other departments.
  • Conduct research and propose enhancements to elevate the efficiency and efficacy of marketing strategies, analyzing campaign metrics to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence while fulfilling any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in a managerial role within digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level.
  • Previous handson experience in marketing or advertising, ideally with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Teamoriented individual with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Additional Information

  • This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing
  • This is a fulltime opportunity operating Monday-Friday, with additional overtime hours in peak seasons
