Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding our operations team accountable. You will oversee revenue forecasting, manage yard facilities and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Job Duties:_
- Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage daily operations
- Collaborate with the General Manager on policy planning and strategic initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust business processes
- Act as a central point of contact for operational matters
- Facilitate employee training and development
- Intervene in case of issues or hazardous situations
- Oversee maintenance and organization
- Lead and manage the Operations team, ensuring accountability and adherence to budgets
- Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue based on project data

- Preferred Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 510 years of proven leadership and management experience, showcasing successful outcomes.
- Expertise in budget management to ensure financial efficiency.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals, demonstrating determination and perseverance.
- Familiarity with highend service offerings would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to facilitate effective communication and data management.
- Knowledge of industry products
