Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and holding our operations team accountable. You will oversee revenue forecasting, manage yard facilities and ensure equipment maintenance.

  • Job Duties:_
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Manage daily operations
  • Collaborate with the General Manager on policy planning and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust business processes
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational matters
  • Facilitate employee training and development
  • Intervene in case of issues or hazardous situations
  • Oversee maintenance and organization
  • Lead and manage the Operations team, ensuring accountability and adherence to budgets
  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue based on project data

  • Preferred Qualifications:_
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 510 years of proven leadership and management experience, showcasing successful outcomes.
  • Expertise in budget management to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious goals, demonstrating determination and perseverance.
  • Familiarity with highend service offerings would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to facilitate effective communication and data management.
  • Knowledge of industry products

  • CAD 120,000 annually (depending on experience)
