Reporting to the
IT Services Manager, the
IT Coordinator will support the company and the activities of the Technology Department by:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up to date asset tracking.
  • Assist in tracking and record all asset purchasing and be in communication with the Accounting Department
  • Maintain accurate company employee contact list.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining all software licences.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of "spare parts" for quick problemsolving solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining warranty records.
  • Onboard & Offboard all technology assets in coordination with the Human Resources Department
  • Assist in maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Assist in troubleshooting computer, desk, cell phone, and iPads problems.
  • Be available to go to job sites when needed.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining current standards for assets available to employees.
  • Assist in the development of training material for all software the company uses.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in the IT Department.
  • Performing other duties as required.

Education and Experience

  • Previous employment experience (1 to 2 years) in an administrative or technology role, preferably in a busy office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Work Conditions

  • This is a fulltime position
  • Overtime as required
  • Walking through uneven grounds on construction sites when necessary
  • Navigating around obstacles on construction sites when necessary

Compensation:
DOE + 5% RRSP + 100% Employer-paid Extended Health & Dental benefits package + Life Insurance + LTD.
