The Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide detailed Life Science domain guidance, advance new product development across formulation, specification, ingredients management, BOM, artwork, label & packaging management, sustainability, quality & regulatory compliance.
  • Provide industry insights and drive best practices aligned to current and future product development.
  • Leverage data elements, data governance, data exchange & integration across the product lifecycle establish PLM as the single source of truth for product information dissemination across the organization for PIM, ERP, Regulatory & Compliance and E-Commerce needs.
  • Document As-Is and Tobe processes, gap analysis, creating transformational roadmaps for implementation and realization of outcomes & KPIs. Business case modeling and change management
  • Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues across geographies, and teams

Qualifications

  • 810 years of experience in the Process PLM space, with hands on industry experience in either the Food & Beverages, Chemicals or Pharma verticals.
  • Program implementation experience in any major PLM platforms such as SAP-PLM, Infor Optiva Oracle Agile Prodika, Selerant, Hamilton Grant etc.
  • Travel expected 3050%; depends on the nature of engagement and project delivery expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and productive; someone who instinctively knows what needs to be done and rallies colleagues to get things accomplished.
  • Insightful with strong problemsolving skills and pragmatic with a practical, "realworld" sense of what is actually "doable."
  • Articulate and compelling in his/her oral and written communication skills; engaging and concise with interpersonal "presence."
  • Energetic, with drive, enthusiasm, and a natural skill in relationship development; an extensive network of potentially relevant relationships.
