As an experienced Techncial Project Manager at Cerio, you will be responsible and accountable for the planning, execution and delivery of highly technical engineering projects supporting the deployment of Cerio's CDI platform.

Working with the engineering leadership team, your technical knowledge will enable you to effectively navigate, drive and report on the hardware, FPGA and software elements of these projects, while successfully managing requirements, resources, timelines and priorities to deliver Cerio products on-time and under-budget.

• Partner with engineering leadership, program owners and product management to interpret highly technical requirements, develop project plans, drive schedules, influence budgets and report on progress
• Identify potential roadblocks and strategize to align with business goals, deadlines and resource coordination to ensure results are achieved
• Encourage and facilitate effective communication and negotiation across teams, identifying and addressing priorities and conflicts
• Maintain accurate records including discussions, decisions, risks, risk mitigations, and deliverables
• Capture, track and report on effort and resources for each project and submit reporting to various internal (e.g., finance, PLM) and external stakeholders (e.g., governmental agencies)
• Lead onsite project meetings in our Kanata, Ontario office on a regular basis

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in managing FPGAbased hardware and software projects/programs
• Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability in creating and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
• Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and organizational skill
• Proven leadership skills specifically working across crossfunctional teams
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, etc.) and the Atlassian tool Suite (Jira, Confluence)
• PMP Certification is desirable
