Description

To build and drive sales within a 10km radius surrounding the businesses locally by establishing relationships with appropriate businesses, increasing awareness at local community events/community involvement, and increasing customer transactions.

Assist the management team with creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs that build customer loyalty and guest counts and increase check average and overall sales.
Helping promote the corporate locations' inhouse promotions (Topper's Tuesday, Back Pocket Offers, Gift Cards, etc.).
Helping establish positive and going business relationships with radio stations, schools, hotels, car dealerships, dental offices, and more
Helping develop and execute ongoing community events that position the Sudbury Topper's Pizza locations as a community leader and build brand awareness.
We frequently communicate with the management team and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
Responsible for identifying, and obtaining new sales opportunities through cold calling, reengaging past customers, and reintroducing our programs (i.e., schools and hotels).
Ongoing community engagement, fostering new relationships and maintaining existing business and marketing relationships.
Schedule, coordinate, and participate in the community, entertainment, and marketing events, including Topper's Pizza Sponsored nights.
Work within the assigned marketing budgets
