Description
As the Dispatcher / Planner you will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily updates to all customers
  • Track and Trace all trucks and monitor delivery & pick up ETA's
  • Communicate pick up and delivery information to drivers
  • Responsible for order entry and dispatch updates in Axxon Dispatch Software
  • General understanding of Transportation Hours of Service for Canada and US
  • ACE & ACI preparation
  • Completing all administrative tasks on time and accurately
  • Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a huge asset min 2 to 5 yrs
  • Must have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask
  • Must be independent and able to find information as needed
  • High attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,)
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to the work requirements

Pay:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Winnipeg, MB R2X 2W7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- dispatching: 3 years (required)
