Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is the largest bubble tea chain with over 3000 stores worldwide.

We are currently hiring for CoCo Baristas/Cashiers.

Location: 888 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y 4G6

Job responsibilities and functions

as a CoCo Baristas include but not limited to the following:

Working in a fast paced and social environment that delivers a world class guest experience.
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the CoCo brand.
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provides quality beverages consistently to customers by adhering to all recipes and presentation standards as set forth by Coco's standards.
Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Ability to speak fluent Chinese is an asset.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:

Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Assists with a variety of barrelated functions as needed
Constant computer/POS Register and bar equipment usage
Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine
Constant reaching, turning, and performing precision work around bar area
Constant receiving detailed information through oral communication
