Job Summary:


This is a long-term full-time placement Part-time hours available.
Hi We're Alto, an online platform connecting vetted caregivers with families in need of child care services.

As a vetted childcare provider, you will be responsible for providing attentive care, engaging activities, and a safe environment for children of different ages.


Working as an independent contractor, you'll have the freedom to set your own availability, choose your own hourly rates, and choose your clients.

You can work as much or as little as you prefer, based on your availability and preferences. We'll make sure you have constant support, regular work opportunities, and coverage under our liability insurance.


Responsibilities and Duties:


As a child-care caregiver, your duties may include:

  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Engaging children in ageappropriate activities and play
  • Assisting with basic child care tasks, such as feeding, diapering, and toileting

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you
must have the following qualifications:

  • CPR/First-Aid certification from a Canadian-accredited institution
  • Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector
    (no older than three months)
While previous experience is not required, it is preferred. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and with different levels of experience who have a passion for child care.

Pay:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
