The Role
Shani Darden Skin Care is looking for a skilled sales and customer service expert to join our team.

This role will play an essential role in representing Shani Darden's brand voice and brand personality in field, particularly in Sephora doors across Toronto.


What You'll Do

  • Inform and excite clients on the key benefits of Shani Darden Skin Care to promote skin health
  • Establish trust and build relationships with Beauty Advisors, Store Leadership, and clients
  • Execute events, promotions, and new product launches with excitement and positivity
  • Listen attentively when interacting with clients and recommend the best products to meet their needs
  • Meet and exceed daily sales goals by providing bestinclass customer service
  • Restock product shelves and keep service areas clean and sanitized
  • Conduct ondemand trainings to ensure store employees are knowledgeable and confident in promoting Shani Darden Skin Care

Education & Skills

  • 12 years working for a beauty brand in retail stores
  • Ideally has Sephora experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to adopt brand's voice and personality when selling
  • Ability to work efficiently on their own and with teammates
