Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Call leads as per laid down targets on monthly basis.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Track sales data to meet quotas and meet team and individual goals
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
• Provide clients with presentations about benefits and services
• Arrange meetings with the Immigration Consultants of the firm.
• Call clients after they have retained or signed agreements, resolve all issues and provide ongoing support
• Keep up to date on industry events, trends, and competitors' marketing behavior
• Anticipate new marketing opportunities, contribute information, ideas and research to aid in the development of marketing and sales strategies
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service by regular telephone calls, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Perform all other duties related to the sales.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be fast paced and able to work under pressure
• Must be persuasive and polite with clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Salary:
$17.00-$22.06 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Secondary School (preferred)
