Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Traction Power Engineering Specialist to lead the design integration and delivery of traction power systems for rail transit projects across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Traction Power Systems engineering aspects of rail transit project delivery including coordination with civil track systems design teams Review validate designs specifications installation plans testing procedures for traction power substations power distribution electrification systems Provide expert technical input clients development system requirements contract documentation Oversee conceptual design budget development traction power systems project bids Support project teams full lifecycle feasibility commissioning Apply lessons learned recommend corrective actions improve outcomes Develop maintain relationships key suppliers delivery partners traction power equipment solutions Interface utility providers supply coordination integration Engage clients stakeholders alignment goals technical standards
