The Public Safety Radio team within Bell is seeking an individual that enjoys working directly with customers and in an autonomous and diverse environment.

This individual will lead a team that plans, designs, builds, and operates networks providing managed services for Public Safety and Commercial users.

The Radio team expects its employees to be engaged to deliver a superior quality of service and promptness expected by our customers.

Reporting to the Director, National Radio Engineering & Operations, the successful candidate will lead a team of Radio Engineers and Radio Specialists accountable to develop solutions for our Public Safety and Commercial Radio Networks.

The Senior Manager will have the following accountabilities/responsibilities:
# Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and present in front of senior executives and our customers.
# Lead a technical team from initial solution development and costing through to successful implementation for our customers.
# Foster a strong partnership with cross-functional teams enabling successful project execution and delivery.
# Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast and deliver project and financial results.
# University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance

Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and providing guidance to others for cost containment

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and project/time management skills

Experience in P25, DMR, Tetra, and LTE is an asset

French is an asset

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
