    In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create effective recruiting strategies
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for open roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support recruitment efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

    Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • English and Spanish is a must for this position
