- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles and levels
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- English and Spanish is a must for this position
