About the position
An Electronics Production Assistant is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting cameras and accessories in an electronics assembly environment.

You must also maintain accurate records of production data and collaborate with other members of the manufacturing team to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that arise.

Safety is a top priority for an Electronics Production Assistant, and you must work in compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times.

You are also asked participate in training programs to maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge.

You will be working closely with our Operations Manager and Production Technician to complete tasks such as:


  • Assembling electronic components and devices according to technical drawings and schematics.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data, including materials used, product output, and equipment downtime.
  • Collaborating with other members of the manufacturing team to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety procedures and regulations in an electronics assembly environment.
  • Participating in training programs to maintain and improve technical skills and knowledge.
  • Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Supporting other team members and departments as required to achieve common goals.

Required qualifications

  • Technical diploma or high school diploma with experience in computer and electronics.
  • Experience with electronics troubleshooting and repair.
  • Attention to detail with documentation and quality control.
  • Problemsolving with a team or on individual tasks.
  • Time management to complete work as assigned.
  • Communication skills with team members and other departments as required.
  • Safety awareness in the assembly lab and in warehouses.

Perks, Compensation and Benefits


As a fulltime employee, you will be compensated on a salary based on experience and skills, between $40,000 - $50,000 CAD per year.
