We are currently hiring for the position of:

ACCOUNTS & CLIENT SUCCESS, COORDINATOR


The Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Accounts & Client Success team and department in providing strong administrative and implementation skills to support partner accounts.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support client deliverables related to partnership strategy Supports clientservicing on all tactical elements of the partnership lifecycle including writing first drafts of program proposals and presentation decks, post event reports Play an active role in brainstorms and plan development efforts Manage smaller scale activations, as necessary including their reconciliations post event. Coordination of ticketing/hospitality strategy and tracking alongside the Hospitality & Event Partnerships vertical Maintains pulse on industry trends and category developments o Research to help craft thought leadership pieces including industry POVs and case studies o Responsible for weekly industry news recaps for internal agency team Collaborates with crossdiscipline internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary agency teams by participating in brainstorms Leverage creative problemsolving ability to aid in TIFF's development of solutions to solve clients' brand and business challenges.


JOB GRADE & SALARY:

Job Grade 2 $50,00065,000/Annually


WORK LOCATION:

Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 Weekly in office requirements:
  • Minimum 2 days (November to May)
Minimum 3 days (June to October) Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

years experience within an agency environment Marketing and events experience preferred University/College Diploma, or equivalent Knowledge and passion to work in the film & entertainment industry with relevant experience at an agency, entertainment property, media company, and/or brand with background in experiential / partnership / sponsorship marketing Evaluation, KPI measurement, and/or data analytics; considered an asset Experience within relevant extracurricular and/or volunteer opportunities considered an asset Familiarity with the structure of partnership/sponsorship agreement, considered an asset Proven ability to develop and deliver Powerpoint/Keynote presentations and reports Strong Proficiency within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint/Keynote Strong project management, organizational and strategic thinking skills Detailoriented and articulate with strong communications skills Ability to be comfortable and efficient working in a fastpaced environment often requiring flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines Highly motivated and capable of both working independently and with a team You work with multiple teams, sometimes up to 4 or 5. This means you have exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the workplace
