Kirmac is a family owned and operated leader in the collision repair industry.

Founded in 1973, Kirmac Collision & Autoglass' team members provide excellent customer service and quality repairs and turn the unfortunate situation of having an accident into a positive, lasting impression for our customers while supporting B.C Children's hospital through Kirmac Cares for Kids.

Kirmac currently operates 18 locations across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass, family owned and operated for close to 50 years, is looking for Customer Service Reps with a business or customer service background.

No previous collision experience or education is required. Estimator trainees at Kirmac are assigned to a trainer to learn and develop from.

CSR Duties:

Greeting and assisting customers
Submitting ICBC rental forms
Scheduling Appointments
Ordering office supplies
Closing out account folders
Answering and directing calls
Interacting with vendors
Generating repair orders
Managing/Posting invoicing and parts returns
Reconciling repair orders
Passion for cars
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver's license
Ability to work independently
Strong problem solving
