Position Description:


Here's What You'll Get to Do:

  • Attend weekly team and one-on-one meetings with the Training and Education Team and take meeting notes as required
  • Maintain the Training and Education Outlook calendar and update Facilitators¿ calendars with training sessions
  • Sitin on coaching sessions to provide technical support as required
  • Become proficient in AODA procedures and ensure that all training materials meet AODA standards
  • Support the Senior Training and Education Manager with training logistics and coordination as needed
  • Monitor and maintain trainings on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Work with the Digital Learning System Administrator to resolve technical issues which may arise within the LMS
  • Populate budget tracker and activity reports for all training programs
  • Coordinate and support promotional materials under the guidance of the Communications Advisor and Senior Training and Education Manager (website, eblasts, social media posts)
  • Draft/format training documents (i.e., internal briefings, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Senior Training and Education Manager
  • Maintain organized files on our shared Teams site

Qualifications:


Essential

  • Completion of postsecondary degree/diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate at an expert English level (in both written and verbal formats)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and ability to prioritize and problemsolve as required
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Highly developed analytical, evaluative, and organizational skills

Assets

  • Previous experience with learning management systems
  • Experience with Zoom and Adobe Pro
  • Ability to communicate in both written and oral French

Employment Type:


  • One-Year Contract, Full-Time with a blend of work from home and onsite.
