Our Requirements:

As a team member you'll be working with a crew of 3 to 5 members for lawn mowing, controlled line trimming, blow down, knowledgeable weeding and hedge trimming.

Clean edging, cultivating, and appropriate plant care (dead-heading, thinning, etc.). motivated and delivering exceptional client service.

When necessary, you are expected to help with occasional weekend work planting (annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs) and installation projects (mulching, stripping and laying new sod).

Ability to lift 23kg or 50lbs. And work in conditions of heat, humidity, dust, and inclement weather.

Your Qualifications:

A valid G driver's license and a clean abstract is preferred and be able to find your own transportation to our site address.

Ability to work with a team of two or more members. Resolve conflict, problem solve and be willing to receive constructive direction while working under time constraints.

Industry experience is beneficial but we'll definitely train you.

You are punctual, committed to quality work, engaged, and capable of working in a team environment or individually. You can demonstrate flexibility and initiative when change in routines and requests are introduced.
