Job summary
The Community Outreach Response Team is a dynamic team that delivers intensive, rapid wrap around care to support persons living with HIV who are struggling with addiction and other psycho-social issues.Qualifications
- Degree in social work, addictions or related field
- Background working in Mental Health and Addictions
- Cultural sensitivity of First Nations issues
- Extensive knowledge of community resources with an emphasis on life skills support, housing services and how to access and advocate for these services on behalf of clients
