Breakdown/Finish Roller Operator

Responsibilities:


  • Daily FLHA's
  • Successfully operate roller over surfaces to be compacted, rolling asphalt to desired compaction and smoothness
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures
  • Have a strong work ethic and an ability to work in a team setting
  • Always able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Check to make sure equipment functions properly

Job Qualifications:


  • 2+ years experience operating Finish Roller and/or Breakdown Roller
  • 2+ Years experience Screed Man
  • Knowledge of Rollers and other heavy equipment
  • Smartphone (iPhone 7 or Android 8 OS, or newer)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to work in a team setting
