    Description

    Key Objective:

    Reporting to the Assistant Vice President 0f Digital Product & Strategy, the Project Analyst – Accident & Health (A&H) will be a self-starter with an interest in digitization. The incumbent will be responsible for sales reporting, data analysis, digital product coordination, document creation, website testing, project management, and other various special projects.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements for various A&H projects. Plan, execute and monitor projects to ensure they adhere to given timelines, budgets, and strategies. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Assist in project steering committee meetings by documenting and circulating meeting minutes Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and solicit feedback as necessary.
  • Document Creation & Digital Testing: Assist to create comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for projects. Coordinate with Chubb Studio and internal partners to develop and implement digital solutions that align with business objectives. Conduct thorough testing of digital websites, microsites, and other product collateral to ensure functionality, user-friendliness, and adherence to requirements. Provide timely feedback and recommendations for improvement based on testing results Manage project resources, including coordinating teams, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Relationship Management Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as a liaison between Chubb and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and partners Provide timely responses and accurate information to stakeholders, maintain their satisfaction and confidence in our services Utilize strong influence with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cooperation towards achieving organizational objectives
  • Reporting and Data Analysis Gather and compile data from multiple sources to create sales reports in a timely manner. Analyze trends, performance metrics, and key drivers to identify opportunities and challenges Develop and maintain various sales dashboards and visualizations to track sales performance and provide insights to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing and/or relevant professional experience.
  • Prior experience in insurance, digital, and/or project experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with digital products and/or project management experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with thorough attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills with an ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Committed team player who can also work independently.
  • Versatile with the ability to work with ambiguous and evolving information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
  • High level of responsiveness and efficiency when working with internal and external stakeholders.
