What to expect

Responsibilities

  • Pursuit Management for Revenue Capture
  • In collaboration with Sales Executives, manage strategic pursuits from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to draft and customize proposals according to the client's needs and business context.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the required experience, knowledge, and solutions necessary for successful pursuits in desired segments and geographies
  • Coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Content Creation
  • Develop compelling content for proposal responses, ensuring a thorough reflection of the client's requirements and our value proposition and adeptly edit proposal sections for clarity and impact.
  • Work with operational teams to enhance existing content and align pursuit responses with Verto's commercial strategy and brand.
  • CRM Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate pursuit status reports in the CRM system and ensure diligent follow up of pursuits by the Sales team.
  • Opportunity Evaluation
  • Evaluate opportunities and make recommendations regarding the go/nogo process for potential pursuits.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Relevant skills

  • Possess excellent problemsolving skills and demonstrate strong oral, written, and graphic communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Suite
  • Hubspot CRM is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in fastpaced and ambiguous environments, successfully navigating projects with evolving requirements and shifting priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to look at the big picture and think strategically to deliver client value
  • Demonstrated knowledge of empathy in sensitive clinical environments and ability to provide exceptional client experience
  • Show initiative when tackling new pursuits and challenges.
  • A selfstarter and teamoriented individual who can collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and professional styles across all levels of staff.
  • Commitment and interest in continuous learning and development
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients inperson as required
