Description

Are you passionate about being out on the water? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic person to join our team and drive rowboat sales.

We provide a training and familiarization period to help you gain expertise in our products, company culture and sales responsibilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to help customers find the rowboat of their dreams and ensure they have an unforgettable experience on the water.

You are expected to work from our office and manufacturing facility in Victoria, BC.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the rowboats' performance and functionality.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring an inviting and visually appealing environment.
Engage on social media to build our brand, share our values and interact with customers and potential customers.
Passion for water sports and a willingness to learn a deep understanding of rowboats and sailing.
Writing skills for communicating with a broad range of people.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the boating or outdoor recreation industry.
Proficient computer skills for managing customer records, CRM, and sales transactions.
Ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.
