It is of utmost importance that we are on time and ready to work. There will be weekend work and at work heights. We are looking for motivated, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and grow.


TECHNICIAN

• Proper customer etiquette
• Differences in tapes and how to use them
• Removes caulking
• Differences in plastics and how to use them
• Differences in paper and how to use them
• Use a ladder
• Understands game plan priority and works accordingly o Does not lose tools
• Sand putty or vines
• Prepare surfaces to be painted
• Tape all surfaces
• All basic masking techniques
• Remove downspout/shutters and reinstall
• Unmask
• Tie down small trees
• Use a harness
• Fits between a certain speed time slot
• Fits between a certain speed time slot
• Install and uninstall roof anchor
• Strap ladders on roof of trailer
• Remove/reinstall/cut weather strip
• Remove door from hinges o Minor stucco repairs
• Hardener mix (putty)
• Set up ladder wings and when

$19.00-$22.00 per hour
