Description
Rockstar Music, Canada's largest growing network of musicians, teachers and recording industry professionals, is on the lookout for an energetic and accomplished Business Development Manager to join our vibrant team.
In this role, you'll champion our suite of co-curricular and extracurricular modern band music programs, forging strong relationships to deliver these programs in partnership with community organizations such as schools, daycares, community centres and seniors homes.

Schedule:
- This position is part time and will require a minimum of 20hrs/week commitment
- Flexibility in working days/hours to meet the evolving needs of the business is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively market our music programs to prospective community partners
- Offer detailed information about our diverse music programs offerings
- Uphold our administrative protocols and procedures.
- Liaise closely with area directors and educators to ensure excellent customer service
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our music lesson framework
- Take pride in being a part of our awardwinning brand
- Music instrument playing or music education is not required or preferred. We are instead looking for dynamic individuals excited to work in a growthoriented company.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- An articulate, enthusiastic and warm personality.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or management preferred
- A warm, enthusiastic phone demeanor. As we communicate with our students often by phone, we're looking for that GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you
- Strong memory
- Ability to work alone
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask, keeping up with lots of details
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
