Construction Labourer - Ottawa, Canada - Westboro Utilities

Description

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable labourer to join our utilities team.

As a labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labour tasks to assist in the completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

Digging and excavating trenches or holes

Mixing and pouring concrete or asphalt

Operating power tools and heavy machinery

Cleaning and maintaining job sites

Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Following safety procedures at all times


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in manual labour preferred

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

Willingness to work in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Valid driver's license preferred
