The Role
Edmonton Kenworth Ltd.

is looking for a Temporary Human Resources Generalist for our West location, who is responsible for supporting various HR operations for the multiple locations of Edmonton Kenworth.

Key responsibilities of the position will include recruitment, STD/LTD oversight and documentation, as well as assisting with Human Resources and Payroll related tasks assigned by the Human Resources Director.


Responsibilities
Posting positions, screening resumes, and assisting Managers during the interview process

Monitoring and documentation of STD/LTD cases including Return to Work accomodations and planning

Provide support and guidance to Management in areas related to performance management, employment legislation, company policies and procedures, employee engagement and conflict resolution

Support labour relations activities as directed by the Human Resources Director


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related
  • Additional HR Certification will be deemed an asset
  • 2 year related experience in a Human Resources role
  • Ability to communicate effectively, confidentially and professionally

Shift
This is a 3 month Temporary Full Time position.


Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months
