IT Project Manager
The IT Project Manager is a member of the IT team and is primarily a resource responsible for managing the delivery of IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of technical digital projects.
- Coordinate the integration of thirdparty services and handle custom development efforts.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to maintain highquality code.
- Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is wellgroomed, refined, and ready for development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and endusers to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
- Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to effectively communicate product requirements to the development team.
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to define sprint goals, plan iterations, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that the delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and provide the desired user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, share progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Coordinate product launches and provide training to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of new features.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience in the same role or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing digital development projects.
- Strong technical expertise in digital platforms and digital technologies.
- Proficiency in software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
- Exceptional ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional development teams.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and ecommercespecific optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results within project timelines.
Benefits:
Full-time position with competitive pay package based on experience
Salary:
$69,063.03-$85,000.00 per year
