IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is a member of the IT team and is primarily a resource responsible for managing the delivery of IT projects.

The Manager must be highly responsible and organized with the capability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of technical digital projects.
Coordinate the integration of thirdparty services and handle custom development efforts.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to maintain highquality code.
Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is wellgroomed, refined, and ready for development.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and endusers to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to effectively communicate product requirements to the development team.
Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to define sprint goals, plan iterations, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value.
Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that the delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and provide the desired user experience.
Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, share progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Coordinate product launches and provide training to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of new features.

Qualifications:

5+ years of working experience in the same role or similar.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing digital development projects.
Strong technical expertise in digital platforms and digital technologies.
Proficiency in software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
Exceptional ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional development teams.
Knowledge of SEO principles and ecommercespecific optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results within project timelines.
