Overview:

In this position you will be responsible to:

  • Assist the Corporate Services team with general and basic office tasks
  • Accounts Payable posting invoices and receipts, reconciling, tracking
  • Accounts Receivable assist with Invoicing, data entry of hours, compiling invoices for clients
  • Data entry of timecards for payroll submission
  • General office duties not limited to answering the main phone line, greeting guests, ordering office supplies, keeping office organized and tidy, printing labels, filing
  • Attending general meetings and populating the minutes
  • Other general office duties as assigned

Experience:


  • Previous administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Previous accounts payable or receivable experience would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail, self motivated and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent customer support abilities
  • Experience in data entry and clerical tasks

Pay:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
