Overview:
In this position you will be responsible to:
- Assist the Corporate Services team with general and basic office tasks
- Accounts Payable posting invoices and receipts, reconciling, tracking
- Accounts Receivable assist with Invoicing, data entry of hours, compiling invoices for clients
- Data entry of timecards for payroll submission
- General office duties not limited to answering the main phone line, greeting guests, ordering office supplies, keeping office organized and tidy, printing labels, filing
- Attending general meetings and populating the minutes
- Other general office duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting.
- Previous accounts payable or receivable experience would be an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail, self motivated and eager to learn
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer support abilities
- Experience in data entry and clerical tasks
Pay:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
