We are seeking a skilled professional to assist residents with personal development, improve their health, income, community connections and housing situation, while also providing guidance throughout the reintegration process into society.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of service provision. They will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in social work or equivalent experience;


• Experience working in community intervention, particularly with men facing challenges;


• Bilingualism (English and French);


• A valid driver's license an asset;


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications 'Word' and 'Excel';
