Description
Ability to update and configure settings on same and perform basic diagnosis- Phone system administration (Avaya)
- General server administration for new user setup, permissions, troubleshooting and monitoring, experience with DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
- Office 365 adminExperience with mobile devices IOS and Android and OSX an asset
- Post Secondary education in Networking and or Server administration
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Remote support skills and experience with RMM tools such as Splashtop and TeamViewer
- Bonus: Familiarity with Legal Applications, Aderant Accounting, NetDocs
- 4 days on site, 1 day remote at this time

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
