    Job Summary

    The Team Lead, Security Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for supporting the IAM team. The IAM team manages identities and access requests and provides continual support for CN end users and its partners.

    Main Responsibilities

    Operations Responsibilities

    · Run the IAM practice including the assignment of work items overseeing them through completion in accordance with client requirements, supervision of Service Level Objectives and acting as an escalation point for the team

    · Identify, review, and prioritize improvement opportunities

    · Ensure availability, monitoring and performance of IAM services and products through event and incident management across the Information and Technology (I&T) environment

    · Provide technical leadership to the IAM team by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of information assets while enabling business functionality in all systems and environments

    · Partner with Architecture and Integration Engineers to implement and improve technology and process to enhance IAM monitoring, investigation, and response

    · Document findings from analysis and provide recommendations within the incident management systems

    · Apply and ensure compliance with all appropriate security standards and adherence to regulatory access management controls

    Staff Management

    · Partner with Human Resources (HR) to bring new talent to the organization by determining which skills and roles will be required in the future and by making thoughtful hiring decisions

    · Provide a positive and welcoming onboarding experience to all new employees by ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to fulfill the requirements of their job

    · Recognize employee milestones (e.g., service awards, retirements, etc.) as well as significant contributions and enhanced responsibilities

    · Focus on communications and foster collaboration by regularly providing updates to teams about ongoing initiatives and encouraging them to work together to accomplish common goals and learning

    · Manage employee performance by ensuring employees who are meeting expectations or may not be meeting expectations are identified and supported

    · Create and enable a positive and engaging work environment by ensuring individual strengths are uncovered and leveraged through frequent and focused conversations

    · Participate in succession planning by contributing to the yearly talent review cycle and identifying employees with the potential to move up the management and expertise paths

    · Support employee development by having regular career conversations with all employees and supporting them in reaching their career goals

    · Ensure knowledge is preserved through cross-training for key skill sets in the team

    Working Conditions

    The role has standard working conditions in an office environment with a regular workweek from Monday to Friday. The role requires being available on-call 24/7 to respond to critical incidences. The role requires minimal travel (up to 5%) to Montreal. Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and stress.

    Requirements

    Experience

    Information and Technology

    · Between 5 to 7 years overall work experience

    o Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM domain

    o Experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt, IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM), SecureAuth, CyberArk

    o Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing deliverables

    Education/Certification/Designation

    · Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

    · Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)*

    *Any designation for these above would be considered as an asset
