    Description

    Job Description:

    Out client is involved in the paper manufacturing industry, and they are looking to hire a production supervisor. The supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of all machines, aiding machine operators when necessary and achieving established production targets daily.

    Job Duties:

    Production: Oversee machine operators on shift and ensure machines are running smoothly

    Maintenance: Ability to troubleshoot and repair machines (ex. Fixing airlines and completing change overs when needed)

    Health & Safety: Responsible for completing injury/illness and incident reports.

    Job Requirements:

    Production supervisory or lead hand experience in a manufacturing setting

    Ability to use hand, power, and measurement tools.

    Strong Organization, documentation, and computer skills

    PAY: $24.50/hour

    SHIFT: 12-hour shifts: Sunday to Tuesday and every other wed 7am – 7pm for days

    Location: Newmarket
