• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate eyelash extensions based on their natural lashes and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
• Keep uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide the best service possible.

'''Experience'''

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Ability to upsell additional services or retail products to enhance the client's experience.
• Experience in front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments, is a plus.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
• Retail sales experience is beneficial.
