Scope:
As the Product Manager for Turn Management and Optimization, your primary focus will be identifying and implementing technology solutions that drive operational efficiency within ground operations.
You will be leveraging state-of-the-art technologies such as IoT and Computer Vision to ensure optimal aircraft turnaround times, as well as safety and efficiency in this pivotal area of airport operations.
Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing features based on user needs, and ensuring successful product delivery while fostering innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the product strategy for Turn Management and Optimization, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Lead the identification, articulation, and documentation of detailed business requirements, including those for IoT and Computer Vision solutions.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as IT, Data Analytics, and Ground Operations to develop and deploy cuttingedge technologies aimed at optimizing aircraft turnaround times.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, determining prioritization based on business impact, technological feasibility, and ROI.
- Set Product Increment (PI) objectives, define release and program increments.
- Work with Sr. Product Managers/Directors to create and manage the program and release roadmaps that align with digital program goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly brief stakeholders on product milestones, performance metrics, and future strategic directions, fostering alignment and collaboration.
- Oversee the successful launch of new features and solutions, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring highquality outcomes.
- Lead by influence to drive outcomes in a crossmatrix team.
- Prepare presentations and actively participate in meetings with leaders across the company to communicate roadmap, new features, and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience in delivering digital products.
- Previous experience in product management, preferably within the aviation or ground operations sector.
- 5+ years of experience in Aviation and/or Technology Interest or familiarity with IoT and Computer Vision technologies.
- Adept in the agile development process and capable of articulating detailed business requirements beyond highlevel roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across multiple departments and levels.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Resultsoriented and committed to achieving operational objectives.
- A strong passion for innovation, technology, and operational excellence within the aviation industry.
