Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a one-time fire restoration project. The project involves the restoration and reconstruction of a number of sweet rooms that were damaged by fire.

This is a temporary position focused on leading and coordinating all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the specified timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Budget Management:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for the project.
• Monitor project expenses, track costs, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and payment requests from contractors and suppliers.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
