about this team

The Inventory Systems team is responsible for managing Inventory platform for lululemon to ensure accurate view of Inventory across the globe for our stores, warehouses and financial systems.

a day in the life

Leading the RMS operation and support team that including lululemon emeloyees, consultants, and third party managed service resources.
Taking ownership and responsibilities of RMS operation and support.
Provide technical guidance and direction to managed Service team on troubleshoot and problem resolving.
Working closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure appropriate communication and collaboration.
Providing clear communication on major incidents and resolutions.
Hosting the regular business reviews with lululemon leadership.

qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT operation and support
10+ years of experience in Inventory, warehouse systems operation and support. Fully understand retail inventory, sale auditing, pricing business processes.
8+ years of experience working with inventory system business stakeholder.
5+ years of work experience on RMS, RPM, ReSA
5+ years of experience working with managed Service teams. Providing technical direction to Managed Service teams.
Good understanding on Oracle DB, SQL/PLSQL
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent work experience.
