The Social Media Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting a distributed social media team to deliver high-quality, consistent social media services across a large portfolio of clients. This role is highly collaborative and systems-driven, focused on planning, coordination, and strategic alignment rather than hands-on design.Responsibilities
- Support and guide a distributed social media team fostering collaboration,
accountability, and clear communication. - Act as a point of coordination between the social media team and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent execution.
- Oversee social media calendars and scheduling,primarily for Facebook, with support for Instagram and LinkedIn.
