Job summary
The Business Services Officer supports the delivery of real estate services within the Realty Services Branch (RSB), with responsibilities spanning leasing, acquisitions, sales and dispositions. Reporting to the Manager, Business services Team Lead Financial Operations , supervises administrative staff and ensures accuracy financial transactions overviews daily monthly annual reporting leading preparation review submission leadership multi year forecasts budgets financial audit reviews The primary responsibilities include but not limited to assisting development implementation multi-year fiscal plans aligned RSB business operational priorities coordinating budget estimates variance analysis audit requirements compliance Ministry Treasury Board guidelines monitoring maintaining data programs ensuring alignment approved budgets forecasts managing fleet vehicle phone invoicing accurate tracking reconciliation expenditures collaboration Executive Directors Executive Assistant providing reports senior executive leadership contractual statistical data ensuring timely updates internal systems adapting administrative processes evolving needs guiding preparation review financial transactions audits accruals compliance accuracyJob description
