Description

• Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow and ice sidewalks and other designated areas
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
• Spread salt or other deicing agents to prevent ice buildup
• Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts
• Ability & Experience to Drive Company Truck & Trailer Equipped with sidewalk clearing equipment_

• Leadership: Ability to lead a team of snow plow operators and effectively delegate tasks
• Supervising: Experience in supervising and managing a team of workers
• Building: Knowledge of building structures and landscapes to safely navigate while operating snow plow equipment
• Landscape Maintenance: Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including the protection of plants, trees, and other outdoor features during snow removal operations
• Garden: Understanding of garden areas and the need to avoid damage while clearing snow
