The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events both onsite and virtually
- Assist with new hire onboarding process and deliver welcome presentations to new employees
- Collaborate with other team members and client groups to improve and streamline processes
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition support function with handson experience in fullcycle recruitment process College diploma in a businessrelated field and/or HR discipline Must be fluently Bilingual (English and French) both written and verbal in order to provide services to our customers and communicate with internal stakeholders in both official languages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Focus on accuracy and highquality work with a sense of urgency Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused Proven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers Professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills Problemsolving and analytical skills Resultsdriven Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with an ATS Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors or Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools and technology
