Description

The primary responsibility of the Weekend Cashier & Customer Service Associate is to provide Saturday cashier coverage, providing excellent customer service to anyone who enters the store while remaining polite, courteous, and professional.

• Assist with or complete cash register transactions as required.
• Assist with promotion of products, displays, and instore advertising.
• Accept and assist with receiving & sorting donations, including pricing, hanging, and stocking shelves.
• Maintain a high quality of store cleanliness, quality, and customer service.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm when carrying out assigned tasks and complete assigned tasks within reasonable time frames.
• Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct.
• Act with sensitivity and empathy and in a nonjudgmental fashion in dealing with all clientele.
• Maintains awareness of Orbiting Trends/ Ella's Closet policies and procedures and ensures adherence. Support at Orbiting Trends as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
