Description

Amptec Fire & security is looking for a talented and highly motivated person to join our service department as a second service coordinator.

Your primary goal will be to work with the service department to ensure jobs are scheduled for all technicians and support the service department in any way you can.


Some duties include:

  • Contacting clients and scheduling technicians to complete jobs
  • Review and prepare jobs received from the sales department before dispatching to technicians, ie. pick parts, provide reports, schedule subcontractors, etc.
  • Responding to service requests from clients and dispatching the appropriate technician for the service call
  • Supporting other members of the Service Department as needed


Previous experience in a service coordinator role or in the life safety industry is considered an asset, but not required.
