Retail Parts Counter and Accessory Specialist - Toronto, Canada - BMW Toronto
Description
This position is a full time position with alternating Saturday shifts as well as evening shifts.Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Provide high levels of customer service, providing customers with parts and accessory information via Phone, E mail or In Person.
- Bill out parts and accessories accordingly to the customer.
- Help customers install accessories.
- Maintaining and Merchandising of the Boutique at BMW Toronto and ensuring that all displays are kept up to date.
- Maintain vehicle accessory displays with current products and claim for coop funds from BMW Canada as necessary.
- Monitor the daily inventory.
- Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.

**_Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled._
