Description
This position is a full time position with alternating Saturday shifts as well as evening shifts.


Responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Provide high levels of customer service, providing customers with parts and accessory information via Phone, E mail or In Person.
  • Bill out parts and accessories accordingly to the customer.
  • Help customers install accessories.
  • Maintaining and Merchandising of the Boutique at BMW Toronto and ensuring that all displays are kept up to date.
  • Maintain vehicle accessory displays with current products and claim for coop funds from BMW Canada as necessary.
  • Monitor the daily inventory.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.

  • Ability to multitask
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, One Eighty, Microsoft office is an asset.
