Must be familiar with CNC programming; g
- and m-codes.

Must be able to competently use inspection, measuring, and test equipment.

Needs to provide basic inspection, measuring, and test equipment.

Must be competent with reading and interpreting engineering part drawings.

Must be able to follow past recorded set up processes and also to log new set up processes for new parts.

Will set up machine and move to next set up. If all machines are set up, then the set up machinist will become an operator and begin running parts.
